Customer Set Up Assist

If you purchased a boat from us we are happy to ensure the boat is set up correctly for you.  This is a free service and is ongoing.  Here are the steps to get set up support from us:

1. Take some video of your rowing, ideally from a motor boat, from;

   • Side on​

   • Straight behind

   • 45 degrees behind

2. Complete the form below and attach the video or send the link (Dropbox, iCloud, Google Drive etc) in the box provided

3. Ensure you complete your contact information and Alastair will be in touch to discuss the footage and suggest set up changes to improve your comfort and performance
